Limited Lifetime
Warranty WEBSOT, Incorporated, warrants to the original purchaser for as long as that person owns the product that the Step n Seat ® shall be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for which it is intended, but only if it has been properly installed and used. Units whose weight limitations have been exceeded will not be covered by this warranty. The manufacturer¹s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing free of charge any defective part or parts of the unit that were manufactured by it providing the entire unit is returned with proof of purchase at buyer¹s expense to manufacturer at Addison, Illinois. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. The manufacturer will pay the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit to the buyer. The small parts (hardware) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty shall apply to products sold for use in the United States of America. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON OUR PART, AND WE NEITHER ASSUME, NOR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR US, ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF OUR PRODUCT(S). THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATIONS, ABUSE, OR MISUSE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT TO ACCESSORIES OR PARTS NOT SUPPLIED BY US. THE TERM ³ORIGINAL PURCHASER² AS USED IN THIS WARRANTY, SHALL BE DEEMED TO MEAN THAT PERSON TO WHOM THE PRODUCT IS ORIGINALLY SOLD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
